If you have recently upgraded to a new version of the iPhone, or updated to iOS 13, you may have noticed some calls dropping or bugs on apps and websites you visit - including sporadic issues on your Tresta app.
We have introduced a new feature, Enhanced Caller ID, that will address any call issues that started with iOS 13. Enhanced Caller ID will show up as a Push Notification within a few seconds of your phone ringing.
This setting is enabled by default. You can toggle it on and off through the "Caller ID" settings in the App Notifications menu.
On older iOS devices, like the iPhone 6, you may need to ensure that “Voice and Data” is enabled in your Phone’s Settings in order for the Enhanced Caller ID Push Notification to appear. You can find this setting by navigating through the following settings menus:
Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable LTE > “Voice and Data”
