Voicemails are left on my personal cell phone instead of in Tresta. How did that happen?

When starting a Tresta account, you are asked to add a device. This is the device where your Tresta calls are sent once it is connected with a phone number in a call flow.

Sometimes, system admins set up their cell phone numbers as forwarding numbers. When this happens, Tresta forwards a call to your Tresta number directly to your personal cell phone number. If you don't answer the call forwarded from Tresta, it winds up in your personal voicemail.

Avoid adding your personal cell phone number as a forwarding number in your Tresta account. That way, your Tresta voicemails wind up in your professional voicemail box instead.
