If a User's call statistics aren't appearing in analytics, simply use the filters to ensure you're seeing their information.
Once you're logged into the web app, you should be on the Analytics page. If not, click on the Analytics tab at the top of the page.
Next, navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the page. It's here where you can filter your data by calls or minutes, by any number or a select number, and by any user of a select user. There's also a dropdown where you select a time range.
Click on the Select Users or Groups tab and use the dropdown to select the appropriate user from the menu. Click the red Refresh button at the bottom of the sidebar to update your data.
Still not seeing anything? Select a different time range and click the Refresh button again.
