If a User's call statistics do not display in the analytics, use the filters to ensure that you see their information:
- Log in to the web app.
- Click the Analytics tab at the top of the page to open the Analytics view.
- Click the Select Users or Groups tab in the left sidebar.
- Use the dropdown to select the specific user.
- If needed, use the dropdown to select a specific date and time.
- Click the Refresh button at the bottom of the sidebar.
- If the data does not display, use the left sidebar to select a different time range and click Refresh again.
