Analytics: User's Call Statistics

If a User's call statistics do not display in the analytics, use the filters to ensure that you see their information:

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. Click the Analytics tab at the top of the page to open the Analytics view.
  3. Click the Select Users or Groups tab in the left sidebar.
  4. Use the dropdown to select the specific user.
  5. If needed, use the dropdown to select a specific date and time.
  6. Click the Refresh button at the bottom of the sidebar.
  7. If the data does not display, use the left sidebar to select a different time range and click Refresh again.
