Perhaps some changes have occured that affect the information included on the account profile in your Tresta phone system. This is easy to access and update as needed.
If you're a system administrator, log into the web app and click on your profile picture in the right-hand corner at the top of the page. Next, select "Billing".
Select the Profile tab under the Billing Settings menu on the left-hand side of the screen. This opens the Billing Profile screen, and it's here you can change company information as needed.
Once you're finished making changes, click the red Save button in the upper right corner of the Billing Profile Screen.
