Perhaps some changes have occured that affect the information included on the account profile in your Tresta phone system. This is easy to access and update as needed.
If you're a system administrator, log into the web app and click on the Settings button at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Billing section and click on the Account Profile tab. This opens the Account Profile screen, and it's here you can change company information as needed.
Once you're finished making changes, click the red Save button in the upper right corner of the Account Profile Screen.
