Perhaps you cancelled your service with Tresta, but now you would like to reactivate it. Hooray! We’re happy to have you back. There are two ways to accomplish this: through the web app or by calling customer service.
This article explains how to reactivate your account and assumes you were designated as a system or billing administrator when your account was live.
Reactivating Your Account via the Web App
When you’re ready to reactivate your account, you need to do the following:
- Log into the Tresta web app. This will bring you to the Reactivation page.
- Confirm that all of the information on the reactivation page is correct. This includes things like the credit card information and phone numbers on the account.
- Click the Reactivate button at the bottom of the screen. Your account is now live and billing has resumed.
