Cancelling Your Account

Should you need to cancel your phone service with Tresta, you have a few options to do so.

  • Call our customer service line at +1 (844) 2-TRESTA.
  • Send a cancellation request email to support@tresta.com
  • Submit a cancellation request via Help Center
  • Submit a cancellation request via LiveChat

If you cancel your services and have a credit balance on file, the credit balance will be refunded to the credit card on file within five calendar days after the account is canceled. 

When you elect to cancel your Tresta phone system, service immediately ceases.
