Cancelling Your Account

Should you need to cancel your phone service with Tresta, call our 24/7 customer service line at +1 (844) 2-TRESTA. You are free to cancel at any time. You must call our customer service number in order to cancel your account. There is currently no way to cancel via the web or mobile apps. 

If you cancel your services and have a credit balance on file, the credit balance will be refunded to the credit card on file within five calendar days after the account is canceled. 

When you elect to cancel your Tresta phone system, service immediately ceases.
