  2. Click on on the Phone Numbers button. This button is located in the left sidebar within the System Components. This opens the Phone Numbers page.
  3. Locate the phone number for which you want call recording enabled. The Call Recording feature can be enabled on as many of your phone numbers as needed.
  4. Click on the Edit icon for the phone number. This icon is in the upper right corner your phone number box. Once clicked, the Edit Phone Number page appears.
  5. Click the Enabled button under the Call Recording tab. This button enables call recording for the number you are editing only. You know call recording is enabled when the button is red.
  6. Click the red Save button in the upper right corner of the Edit Phone Number page. Call Recording is now enabled for your phone number.

Note: There is a microphone icon in each phone number box on the Phone Numbers page. If you see a green dot next to the microphone icon, this indicates call recording is enabled for that phone number. If there is no green dot, call recording is disabled.
