Finding your current payment method

If you’re wondering what your current payment method is or if you need to make changes, it's easy to do within the Tresta web app. Billing Admins have access to all billing information on their account.   

To view your current payment method:

  1. Log in to the web app at
  2. Click on "Settings" from the top menu bar
  3. Under the Billing Settings in the left-hand menu, select "Payment History"

Any credit cards on file will be listed along with the ability to designate a default card, edit a card or delete a card. You will not be able to delete a card unless you have another card on file. To add a new card, click the Add Payment Method button on the top right of the screen.
