If you’re wondering what your current payment method is or if you need to make changes, it's easy to do within the Tresta web app. Billing Admins have access to all billing information on their account.
To view your current payment method:
- Click on your profile picture on the right-hand side of the screen and select "Billing".
- Click on the Payment Methods tab under the Billing Settings menu on the left-hand side of the page. This opens the Payment Methods page, where you will find a list of cards on your account.
Any credit cards on file will be listed along with the ability to designate a default card, edit a card, or delete a card. You will not be able to delete a card unless you have another card on file. To add a new card, click the "+" button on the top right of the screen.
