Locating your historical bills and payments is simple. If you are a Billing Admin on your account, you will have access to all of the billing information in the Tresta web app.
To view your billing history:
- Log in to the web app at www.tresta.com
- Click on "Settings" from the top menu bar
- Under the Billing Settings in the left-hand menu, select "History"
You’ll find an entire transaction history log including the date, transaction ID, description, payment method, amount, outcome and statement. To see a detailed invoice, click on the icon resembling a piece of paper for the specific month you wish to view. This is also where you can view any existing current balance.
