About call forwarding

If you need to forward calls to a third party number outside of Tresta, you’d add that number as a Forwarding Number in your system settings. Most of our customers don't use this option, but it's here when you need it.  For example, if you forward your calls to an answering service after-hours, you would add their phone number in as a forwarding number, and then enable it in your call flows.
