Viewing Your Subscriptions

It's easy to see what voicemail messages and call recordings you are subscribed to.  

  1. Log in to the web app at
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Next, select “Your Settings”.
  4. Click on Subscriptions from the left-hand menu.

You can toggle between your Voicemail and Call Recording subscriptions by changing the tab at the top of the page.  On this page, you can also change how you receive notifications of your messages.  To change what you are subscribed to, contact your System Administrator for assistance.
