You can get detailed call statistics by viewing your account's Analytics. Simply log in to your web app at www.tresta.com and select "Analytics" from the top menu bar. Analytics lets you do things like:
- See how many calls were received over a certain time period
- See who is answering their calls and who is missing their calls
- View call details, such as time, date, Caller ID and whether a voicemail or call recording was associated with that call
- View roll-up statistics that include call counts, dispositions, duration and more
- Filter your call history to narrow down your results by quantity, duration, Phone Number, date, User and User Groups
