Configuring your Caller ID settings

Your Tresta account includes the ability to have Enhanced Caller ID when receiving calls on your cell phone.  You can choose how you would like your settings to display via the web app:

  1. Log in to the web app at
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Next, select “Your Settings”.
  4. Click on Devices from the left-hand menu.
  5. Click the edit button in the right corner of the device for which you would like to manage Caller ID.
  6. Choose how you would like the Caller ID to display.

*In order for Enhanced Caller ID to work, you must have the Tresta mobile app installed on your phone.  iPhone users must also enable this feature on their their phone's settings.
