Tresta allows you to record any of your inbound calls for no additional charge. Every account comes with unlimited cloud storage for recordings, so you can store as many recordings as you want. System Administrators can configure what calls get recorded as well as who can access call recordings.
Call recordings can be played or downloaded via the web and mobile apps, and can also be emailed to Users depending on their personal preferences.
Note: Some states and/or Federal laws require that you notify callers that the call is being recorded. Tresta will provide you with a default greeting, but assumes no liability for recordings you enable on your account.
