Adding, Removing and Configuring Devices

Devices are controlled at the User level. To add, remove or edit your devices:

  1. Log in to the web app at
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Next, select “Your Settings”.
  4. Click on Devices from the left-hand menu.

It's important to remember that any time you receive an incoming call through Tresta, all of your devices will ring simultaneously. Whichever devices accepts the call first is connected to the caller. Your callers will never know what device they are speaking to you on.  

When adding multiple devices, it helps to name them something easily identifiable, such as "Jane's Cell Phone."
