Reviewing or changing voicemail notifications

There are three ways you can receive/view your voicemail messages in Tresta: 

  1. By email
  2. In the mobile app
  3. In the web app (www.tresta.com)

Tresta makes it easy to control exactly how your messages will be delivered to you.  To see how your notifications are currently configured, or to make changes to those settings: 

  1. Log in to www.tresta.com
  2. Select "Settings" from the top menu bar.
  3. Under your User Profile (in the left-hand menu), select "Subscriptions"

You can toggle the delivery methods based on the type of message (voicemail or call recording) and the specific subscription.  For example, if you want to receive your personal voicemail messages in your web app, your mobile app and your email, simply turn all of those options on for the User subscription showing your name.  If you only want to receive voicemail messages by email for a specific User Group you belong to, simply find that User Group in your list of subscriptions and toggle the settings.  

By default, Tresta will turn all three delivery methods on for your personal voicemail and any User Groups you are added to by your System Administrator.  If you are a System Admin or a Billing Admin, those messages will only be sent to you by email unless you change the default settings.
