Your System Administrator can turn call recordings on or off for specific Phone Numbers on your account. If a Phone Number is configured to record calls, all inbound calls will be recorded and stored within your business account. In Tresta, access to individual call recordings is controlled by Subscriptions. Your System Administrator can easily add you as a subscriber to any Phone Number's call recordings by editing the settings for the Phone Number.
If you are subscribed to the recordings for a Phone Number, those recordings will be available for you to review in the web app, your mobile app and by email.
