When a user received a new voicemail or call recording, it can be delivered via their mobile app, web app, or by email. To manage delivery options for voicemail boxes and call recordings, you’ll need to sign in to the web app.
- Open the avatar menu and select Your Settings.
- Select Subscriptions from the sidebar on the left
- Then select either the Voicemail Boxes or Call Recordings tab depending on which you want to modify.
- You’ll see a list of the voicemail boxes and phone numbers the user is subscribed to. Simply toggle the switches accordingly.
