Managing forwarding numbers.

Tresta offers unlimited call forwarding to any phone number in North America. Use schedules to forward calls outside of your business hours to a forwarding number, such as an answering service. For more information on this topic, please review Using a schedule to control when calls are offered to you.

To manage your forwarding numbers, you’ll need to sign in to the web app.

Click the System option in the main navigation.

Note – if you are not a member of the System Admins group, you will not see this option.

Select Forwarding Numbers from the sidebar options on the left, you can view your forwarding numbers with additional options to:

Add a New Forwarding Number

  1. Click the Add button
  2. Give the number a name.
  3. Type in the phone number.
  4. Select whether to display the Caller’s Number or Tresta Number to this forwarding number on incoming calls.

Delete a Forwarding Number

To delete a forwarding number, select the remove icon and confirm.

Search and Filter Forwarding Numbers

To search your forwarding numbers, simply begin typing in the search bar and your results will live filter.

To filter forwarding numbers, select the filter icon in the search bar. Here you can filter by Name, Recently Added, and Recently Modified.

Edit a Forwarding Number

To edit a forwarding number’s name, number, or caller ID, select the Edit icon on the one you want to modify.
