To manage your phone numbers, simply sign in to the web app.
Click the System option in the main navigation.
Note – if you are not a member of the System Admins group, you will not see this option.
Select Phone Numbers from the sidebar options on the left, you can view your phone numbers with additional options to:
Add a New Phone Number
- Click the Add button
- Select to add a Local or Toll-Free number or Transfer a current number.
Disable a Phone Number
To disable a phone number, select the delete icon and confirm.
Note – At least one phone number is required to be active.
Search and Filter Phone Numbers
To search your phone numbers, simply begin typing in the search bar and your results will live filter.
To filter phone numbers, select the filter icon in the search bar. Here you can filter by Name, Phone Number, Recently Added, and Recently Modified with additional options to expand or collapse your view.
Edit a Phone Number
To edit a phone number, select the Edit icon on the phone number you want to modify.
On this screen, you’ll see options to:
- Name phone numbers
- Enable/Disable Inbound and Outbound calls, Call Recordings, and Messages
- Route inbound calls
- Grant outbound dialing permissions
- Manage call recording settings
- Grant text messaging permissions
