Accessing more info on the Call Summary card.

From the context menu of any history row, tap the (i) icon to access the Call Summary card.

On the call summary card, you’ll find:

Caller Profile

The caller profile section includes information on who the call was with and options to interact with them, including

  • Caller Avatar
  • Contact Name, or Phone Number
  • Contact’s Number Label, or Phone Number’s City and State
  • Buttons to Call, Message and View Contact Card

Location

The Location map shows the location where phone numbers in the call are registered. Location data is based on the area code and prefix of each number, not the caller/callee’s actual location at the time of the call.

Date/Time, Duration and Call Type Classification

Below the Location section, you’ll see the date and time that the call was placed or received, as well as the call type classification (Answered, Missed or Outbound) and duration.

Call Flow

The Call Flow location shows a step-by-step illustration of how the call was routed.

Call Recording or Voicemail

If the call was recorded or if a voicemail was left, you’ll see a section under the Call Flow that provides the call recording or voicemail.

In some cases, you may see a voicemail or recording that you can’t play because you lack permissions. If you feel you should have access to the voicemail or call recording in question, contact one of your company’s system admins and ask them to modify your permissions.
