When a user received a new voicemail or call recording, it can be delivered via their mobile app, web app, or by email. To enable email delivery of new messages and call recordings, you’ll need to sign in to the web app.

Note – if you are not a member of the System Admins group, you will not see this option.
- Select Users from the sidebar options on the left, and click the Edit icon on the user you want to modify.
- Select the Subscriptions tab.
- Then select either the Voicemail Boxes and Call Recordings tab depending on which you want to modify.
- You’ll see a list of the voicemail boxes and phone numbers the user is subscribed to. Simply toggle the Email switch on for the voicemail box or phone number that you want to enable.
