Using groups to route calls to teams and departments with simultaneous ring to all members.

Tresta makes it easy to route calls to teams and departments with simultaneous ring groups. To create a simultaneous ring group, you'll need to sign in to the web app.

  1. Click System

Note – if you are not a member of the System Admins group, you will not see this option.

  1. Select Phone Numbers from the sidebar options on the left, and click the Edit icon on the phone number you want to modify.
  2. Under “When this phone number receives a call”, select “Send the call to a group”
  3. Next, you can select which group calls will route to on this number. All members in this group will now be simultaneously notified of incoming calls.
