Searching and filtering recent call activity.

To search your call history, simply tap the magnifying glass in the upper right-hand corner and begin typing in the search bar and your results will live filter.

You can filter to see only certain types of calls by selecting either All calls, Answered calls, Missed calls or Outbound calls from the filter options at the top of the screen.

If you have more than one Tresta number, you can also filter on only calls associated with a subset of your numbers by tapping the more icon in the search bar and selecting only the phone numbers you want to include. When you are filtering on a subset of your available Tresta numbers, a blue dot will appear on the more icon to let you know that you have an active filter applied.

Please note that you are searching and filtering against your call history only. To see calls that were not routed to you or placed by you, sign in to the web app to access Analytics, where you can see all calls placed or received across your entire system. Note – if you are not a member of the System Admins group, you will not see this option.
