Overview – reviewing recent call activity in the mobile app.

The Recents section can be found in the bottom navigation menu of the mobile app.

In this section of the app, you’ll see a listing of all the calls that have ever been routed to you or placed by you. To see calls that were not routed to you or placed by you, sign in to the web app to access Analytics, where you can see all calls placed or received across your entire system.

You can search and filter the calls that are displayed in the list, and you can click any row to access a context menu with more options, including the option to call and text the contact or phone number and a call summary card you can access that provides more details about the call.
